Career tools generally assume the user already knows the destination and just needs a route. Most people asking the question do not have the destination yet.
What I did
Built a tool that works sideways from what someone has actually done, rather than forward from a goal they have not formed.
Where it stands
Early. The honest next step is more use, not more features.
