I enter complicated, emerging territory where the answer is incomplete: design systems, AI, product ideas, organisational change, personal knowledge, career direction. My value comes from making that territory understandable enough for people to move through it. I create clarity while remaining ready to revise the structure when reality changes.

I have held many creative and leadership roles, so a domain based on a specific discipline will eventually become too small. Clarity is the contribution that connects all of them. Whether I am directing creative work, architecting a system, prototyping with AI, building a product, organising knowledge, or helping someone navigate ambiguity, I make things clearer.
